Conor advises on all aspects of corporate law, including advising on trademark and probate matters. He is currently on secondment from the BVI to the firm's Jersey office.
Background
After graduating from University College Dublin, Conor completed a Masters in Law at the Dublin Institute of Technology before qualifying as a Solicitor in 2013.
Prior to joining Collas Crill in 2015, Conor worked as a Solicitor in the banking and finance department of a major international firm in Dublin, Ireland. Conor was promoted to Senior Associate in January 2023.

A grant of probate means that an individual is given the right, by the relevant court, to deal with a deceased's estate. The deceased may have left a will or may have died intestate (without a will).
