Katherine is responsible for the recruitment of Support Staff and Fee Earners across all jurisdictions. She also manages the process of inducting new joiners into the firm across all of our offices.

In addition, Katherine's role involves working with the rest of the HR team, supporting the business and working on a variety of projects. She is also responsible for finding future talent through managing the firm's Bursary and Work Experience schemes. Katherine organises all placements across our offices, works with local schools and colleges, attends careers fairs, and looks after our Bursary Students.

Before joining Collas Crill Katherine spent 10 years working in the recruitment sector in London.
