Kayleigh is an experienced corporate governance professional specialising in company secretarial leadership, statutory compliance, and governance frameworks across multi-jurisdictional fiduciary businesses. She provides strategic governance support to Boards and senior management, helping organisations operate effectively within complex regulatory environments.

Her role includes oversight of board and committee processes, production of board materials and minutes, management of statutory records and filings, and the implementation of robust governance policies and procedures. She plays a key role in maintaining effective governance structures and supporting informed, efficient board decision-making.

Experience

Kayleigh brings over 14 years’ experience within the financial services industry, including more than five years specialising in company secretarial and corporate governance roles. She has held senior governance positions, acting as company secretary to licensed entities, subsidiaries, and international structures across jurisdictions including Guernsey, Jersey, Cayman, Mauritius, Isle of Man, Dubai and Geneva.

She has extensive experience coordinating board and committee cycles, implementing governance frameworks, and supporting regulatory compliance across complex, multi-jurisdictional organisations. Her earlier career in fund management and financial reporting provides a strong technical foundation and a well-rounded perspective in her governance roles.
